What Personal Information About Customers Does SnapFashun.com Gather?

We do not use cookies. The only information we collect is what you manually provide us. We do not use any other means to collect information.

* E-mail Communications: If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us or anyone associated with our practices as set forth please do not fill out this form.

Does SnapFashun.com Share the Information It Receives?

Your privacy is important to us. Occasionally we will share information you provide us with third parties in an effort to make sure that you are up to date with new products and/or services as it directly relates to the information you provide us.

We share customer information only as described below.

You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party such as buying one of our products through our online store. At the store your information is shared with the online bank that we contract with.

We will never share your social security #, credit card #'s or date of birth with any third party unless it is in the processing an order with our online bank we have contracted with.

* Business Transfers: As SnapFashun/BGA grows, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event that SnapFashun Incorporated or BGA Incorporated is sold and all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

* We work to protect the security of your information during transmission our online bank that we contract with uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
* We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
* In general it is good practice to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by signing off when finished using a shared computer.

What Choices Do I Have?

* As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide us with any information.

* If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please do not fill out this form.
