Fashion Design Contest

Enter the "Open Call For Talent" design contest presented by SnapFashun. Send us your most original SnapFashun sketches alone or on a figure using Adobe Illustrator, Micrografx Designer, or Superpaint. Win your own SnapFashun CAD Library and see your designs showcased on our website.

Specifications of the Sketches:

• Create a new design using the SnapFashun method of drawing- grouping multiple components together to develop your own design.
• Submit two sketches with the same details, such as arm warmers (see example above). The details can be resized, reshaped or colored differently, but the same details must be used on both sketches.
• Sketches can be filled in with a pattern or color. (It is not necessary to submit a colored printout.)
• If using text within the sketch, use Helvetica or Arial.
• We are accepting men's, women's or children's sketches.

What we are looking for and what you win!

• Winners will be selected for originality and the proper use of SnapFashun's drawing method. Remember, you must use Adobe Illustrator, Micrografx Designer, or Superpaint.
• The winner will receive the new SnapFashun Library for students. (Compatible with Adobe Illustrator 7.0 or 8.0 for Windows or Macintosh.) The winner will also be showcased on the SnapFashun website.

Rules

• To be eligible, students must attend a school that has SnapFashun, or be the owner of a SnapFashun student version.
• All entries become the property of SnapFashun and will not be returned.
• All entries must be submitted by mail by October 1, 2000. Winner will be announced October 28th.

What you need to mail in to enter:

• Send an Illustrator, Designer or Superpaint sketch (the size of a standard SnapFashun sketch) on a disk.
• Include a separate note specifying which of the above drawing programs you've used and whether the disk is Windows or Macintosh. Include your name, age, address, e-mail, phone number, school name, and major.
